When you contact us, we collect the name, email address, company, message, and communication preference you submit. The server also receives ordinary technical request data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and security logs.

The payment sandbox records simulated task, provider, payment, retry, verification, and receipt events. It does not collect wallet keys, custody real bitcoin, or execute a real Lightning payment.

We use submitted information to respond to your request, evaluate interest in BTC Spark, operate and secure the site, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell the contact information submitted through this form.

If you separately choose product updates, we may use your email for those updates. You can opt out using the message instructions or by contacting us.

The site uses essential browser storage to remember your privacy choice and support core site behavior. Optional analytics remain off unless you choose “Allow optional.” Your choice can be changed at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. We use reasonable safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
